Letting the matter drop for the moment he nodded, allowing himself a final glance over her, as if that would confirm everything was alright. Sending himself forwards a little he waited for her to move also. If there was nothing else, they should indeed be leaving. Azur found a part of his mind seemed..restless when leaving his lands unattended, for however brief a moment and however important a reason.

A look was given but no words spoken on his part. He snorted, he'd gone looking for her and the first thing she spoke of was Rose. Despite her calm exterior he guessed the problem was somehow linked to her, but how? Dismissing it for the moment he chose to reply, watching her every move intently though not in a way so that she would notice.
"Rose continues her exploration and has no need for my attention at this moment. I thought it best to track the maid who took a detour"
He gave a half smile before addressing her other question,
"As for returning.. you are sure theres nothing else you wish to speak of?"
He wasn't stupid, he'd been around vixens all his life and, though he wouldn't go so far as to say he knew their ways, he had a fair idea when something was on their mind. When you called only two your own they became all the more precious. His mind continued to wander in this manner, decisions would have to be made regarding the two soon enough.. he shook his poll lightly, forcing himself away from such thoughts, instead looking at the dove, harks drifting lazily in the hopes of catching a response.

Orbs glanced at her lord, for he should be with Rose! "Where is the maiden?" Tunes were calm and gentle, her sentimental persona dissolving instantly, feelings invisible. She was good, very good at covering up her feelings, but was extremely truthful. Now was not the time to discuss anything, she thought. So he does notice, but does not know why? Ahhhh, I am not forgotten."I'm sorry, I just took a short detour. Shall we go back?" Maybe, if she had something Rose didn't, that would make her feel a bit...higher in Azur's heart? Perhaps something that could not be taken away easily, something wholly her's and Azur's?

Ebony carcass moved at a slow pace, for the stag knew something wasn't right within the ivory dove, the sence of calm that she'd previously radiated had been replaced by some other emotion which he hadn't yet been able to identify. Dial rasied slightly as the vixens slender form came into view, pools darting over the silver femme before settling on her dial. Labrums parting in a slient call.
He simply moved towards her side, hoping she'd accept his prescence rather than refuse it or flee. Lowering his dial slightly he looked at her again, confusion was the most apparent emoton in her. Exhaling slowly he stood silently, if she wished to talk, he'd listen.

.:Knowing has not stopped me before, why does it now?:.
Daggers pushed into the sod, markings left in the ground to the rear of where she was. She made her way slowly to a calm brook, looking over the placid waters into a reflection of herself. I do not understand! We were two fragile companions, yet now there is tension I feel between us. Not of her, but of me! This cannot continue, there has to be a way to resolve these emotions. Thoughts were rapidly moving through her mind, she was so confused. If only there was someone that would understand! No, that would be a miracle I didn't deserve.

Thoughts ran solemnly through her mind, although they weren't harsh, they were firm. She had never known competition or jealousy, but felt it now. She knew not what it was, but that it was not good, and a bad omen to have come upon her. She raced still, yearning to be alone. Harm and hatred, she swore, would not come between the two. It was clear the brute adored Rose far more than she, but how she loathed it! Flints reached for more ground, quickly taking her away from view, farther then they could track her for a while.

A slight incline in the position of the stags dial was the only movement he made before taking a few quick, light steps forwards. Snorting he looked once more at the maiden ahead before allowing his sinewy appendages to take him down the path agian, speed increasing as titaniums sought to devour more land. Harks took in the sounds which the lands were constantly throwing out, and listening for hoofbeats from either dove.
He wasn't concerned about Promise but her take off had been so unexpected.. he shook his poll, she'd be fine, as was Rose, just taking advantage of the lands..

[ooc]whatever!!! Apology your posts are always great. Just take a look at the one right before and after yours !!! [ooc done]
The pair of ebon optics watched as Azur lessened the distance between Rose and him. She stood motionless only briefly. Her ivory topped crown and white banner flagging actively in the prevailing winds. Rose was truly grateful that this great ebonite stud had invited her into these splendid lands. At this her attractive facade turned to investigate Promise.
The other mare that mirrored Rose's petite hueless image was quick on her feet noted Rose. The dove had raced onwards and now Rose felt longing to follow. The delight of speed was thrilling for the conservative Rose. It was easy to recall speed in her past, neither in the same quantity nor for pure enjoyment of the action.
Speed was usually used for quick escape from threat or short jubilant exertions. But racing alongside a feminine that possessed swiftness as Promise's was more than Rose had ever experienced.

ooc--> eek.. I got a feeling this is going to be a rotten post
A frown momentarily graced the ebony features at Promises unexpected take off but it soon passed, he could catch her up easily if he should be needed. As the second dove followed Azur dipped his crown slightly, optics scanning the path ahead as if seeking something, though there was nothing but Rose there.. Pillars were thrown into action quickly as the bronc lost sight of both the nymphs, it was instinct to protect the mares of his herd, especially from low-lifes such as Aros or Soleil, he would have neither dove stolen ans so he would do well to know where they were. Pace increased slightly over the flat land, the mud below being disturbed by his large titaniums, already churned slightly by the passing of the two femmes.
Thoughts abandoned the mascu as the thrill of the exertion took over, thorns taking in not only the sounds of the land but waiting for the sound of hoof beats which would inevitably come. Appendages were forced to slow, dragging the monarch back to a brisk two-beat as the snowy form of Rose came into view. As the distance between the pair decreased the smile which Rose wore was visible to Azur. Finely chiseled dial was pulled in slightly as pools glanced over the doves petite chassis, his own ebony mass moving forward with the placements of flints on the soft earth. Allowing his gaze to leave her for a moment he guessed Promise had chosen to go on at a quicker pace, he was conscious of the fact she wasn't in sight and therefore he knew not her exact location but Rose's sudden slowing and enchanting smile had caught his attention, for the moment at least, thorns absorbing the sounds of the land and perhaps waiting for a sound from the maiden..
