The lead stallion of the "Saxon's Mountain" herd is open for auditions.
Soleil is an arabian stallion. Soleil is a kind giant. He is smart, cunning, and less demanding that Azur. Though, he will not leave a fight. He is very protective of his herd, as any stallion should be.
If you think you have the skills to play this stallion, follow the rules below, and post a sample.
1. Must be active (otherwise, your spot will be auditioned off)! 2. Follow his traits! Of course they are leniant, but he has his character, and you should follow it. If you don't like playing a horse like he is, then you should not audition for it!
Scene: It is mid-winter just before the crack of dawn. All is dark, only silohettes are seen before you of your mares and their growing babes. Your lead mare stands at your side, and suddenly Azur (the Epic's Legend herd's lead stallion) approaches one of your mares from the woods.
The scene is just a starter. Add to it whatever you like! Your sample post will be the deciding factor in who gets the part of "Soleil".
My staff and I will decide on who gets the part of this stallion. The auditions will close once I have found the right player to play him.

((i felt like typing in first person. I dont ever really type this way, but eh, oh well! ;D))
Darkness still lingered in the morning crisp, with Elana (pfft, made up lead) at my side. The silloets of golden rays shot from the heavens, the grey rainmakers still patching the brisk welkin from breaking through to my harem. Lifting my dial to the heavens once more, I seek the particles of my harem, and young ones. The frozen products that trickled from the palace of the sun blurred scents together, and created confusion. There was but one, horrid stench that stood amongst my femoras..Azur.
A slight sneer was in earshot of one of my faes. The squeal was soon muffled by a grunt, and a thunderous crash. Back pillars urged me forward, loping after the intruder. Azur came into my view, the sick coward, hiding amongst the thick brush of snowfall. The vanna topography was candied with the colorful effect of his semen, my eyes growing with rage. The femora lain there, still clinging to life, heavy crisom dripping from her caves. She called out for me, her lyrics slow, and in an alto tempo, the mistress weeping, pearl-like aquas dropping from her pools.
"Azur, you fool, get from my lands."
My tone was calm, and tranquil, the lyrics slithering from my maw, as i stared deep into his optics, my graves filled to bursting with the rough lobe ligaments connected to my dial. Arching my nape, crown swung, to see the features of many horrified fillies, and their mothers.

The large stud stood at the top of the petiete hill looking over his harem. He blows through his nares contently and tosses his apex pushing his tassels away from his big dark gentle orbs. He looks next to him at his lead fae and nuzzles her happily. He looks at their growing young one in between them and nuzzles him aswell. He scans over all of his harem again and spots something comming out of the shadow. He perks his auds and advances quickly towards it. His frame making his way through his harem. As he grows close he notices that Azur had come and made his way to one of his faes. He snorts and calmly makes his way over.He parts his velvteen librums librums emmitting his calm tranquil song.
'Lo Azur..what may you be doing here on my lands?
Soleil flicks his auds awaiting a responce. He stomps a fore dagger showing he was not scared then tosses his apex and then makes his way in between his fae and Azur.He flicks his cord revealing his hide of the pests that covered him.He raises his apex catching Azur's responce.
[glow=red,2,300]You fool what do you think i am doing...[/glow]
Soleil flicks his cord in annoyance but stays calm seeing not reason for overreacting. He backs up parting his harem from Azur.He parts his librums again emmitting another sweet song.
Well i know what you are doing but i am afraid you are going to have to leave
Seeing he was annoying Azur his gentle orbs watch him leave his lands.Soleil looks out into the darkness spotting the fae that Azur had tried to take.He advances towards her and rubs his cheek along her nape then makes his way back to where his lead fae and their young one were resting. he takes his place standing next to them looking out over his faes and their young along with his other studs. He sighs contently again and cocks a hind piston still keeping his orbs looking out for danger.

A calm cool sky fell down as the dawn light flickered upon a black canvas tarp that layered the new sky. Vibrant colors of pale maroon and delicate orange lanced across teh white pale snow that fell about the herd's feet. Fallen limbs littered the ground in precarious portions of the meadowland and the wooded areas were not of much concern to the great horse.
Early morning winds ruffled his great mane and his tail flickered behind him like a soft banner. His dome lowered and he shuffled through the snow searching for tender shoots within winter's cover. His feet were spaced comfortably and he had no alarm upon his features. He had no reason. He was confident in himself and had hardly a fear for more than a morning stalker, a preditor in the night. Yet he was not foolish and his nares flared occasionally as a new scent sparked through teh familiarity of the night.
Without finding a single blade to amuse his tongue he lifted his head, waves of mane falling gently back into place with an unearthly ease. Power rippled beneath his shoulder's hide as he took a step forward examine a strange scent further. He heard each breath, saw each vaporized stroke of life escape fromt he nares of his herd. His mares and stallions, his offspring and his charges. All were not of his blood, but they need not be. He was a generous stallion, though not to those who did not know how to respect and acknowledge power and cunning. He watched his lead, the trusting motion she held as she looked up and watched him step slightly forward, but she had a great trust in her eyes and thus lowered her head again to look for grasses beneath the chilling layer of snow. Again Soleil scented the breezes, not sure of the new scent the winds carried. He knew each sound of his herd, each breath by heart. He knew the speckled one, the brown one, the mare that had a lame touch to her step. The foal that stayed close to its dam without wander, and the reckless young yearlings that tested what they could and could not do. He knew each step, the sound of each foot against the grains. The scent of each beloved, and the cry of each young one as it demanded the mornings feast. The winter did not damper the life within these fields, did not make it less beautiful. It merely placed it all to slumber and brought out a new side. An elegant power lay in winter. Strnegth in beauty, yet powerful in essence, and generous in life. The air was crisp and Soleil let out a heavy snort as he cleared all scents from his nares. Moving through his herd he passed many, but scented few. He was sorting through them all, one by one, discarding those he knew were familiar, and saving those he was not sure.
Clumbs of snow clung to his bay hide, the dark black on his legs turned greyish from a mixture of snow and mud. A new snow softly began to fall and he snorted his displeasure and unhappiness at it all. Snow dampened the scent of all that was current and made his job a whole lot harder. However he did not stop did not pause, he was persistant and continued on. Soon he had all but one scent gone and discarded. The new snow made it difficult to pinpoint the source, thus Soleil paused to discern it. His head arched, his neck long and elegant as he paused int he falling snow, the beauty receding into grey as teh morning skies lightened with sun, but darkened with growing storms of snow. Soleil predicted a storm this afternoon, but that was the least of his worries. The wind had picked up and the scent began to grow slightly. Slowly he began to recognize it... Anger flooded him slowly along side the recognition. His front legs came up from the earth and with a dominant stance he made not a sound. HE did not scream nor depict his anger by harsh words. He needed none, he wasnot a stallion of words but of action, he need only action.
His ears pinned themselves back against a dark redish skull as he came back to earth. The snow chilled his chest and stomach as it flew before him and the falling white flurries swirled about him witht eh sudden movement. The scent was all but too familiar. Azur was among them, being cunning Soleil assumed. Well The bay stallion chose now... Azur would steal no mare, not this day, not this morning. Soleil was too charged witht eh beauty of the morning and the crispness of the night. His blood pumped fervently within his veins and his teeth barred slightly amongst the cold. Ears pulled back against his skull his feet danced into a spirited and challanging gait as he moved swiftly through his herd, cutting through to the intrusive stallion. His mares were alert now and moved away from Soleil and the cause of alarm. The young ones were placed upon the opposite sides of their dams, hidden from view and shielded from harm. alert ears perked forward in interest and alarm, ready to flee, ready to fight, twas their nature. They were ready to react upon word fromt eh one they trusted, from the one they called Soleil.
He slid to a harsh and demanding stop before Azur, a decent distance, but reared up once more. Power ripppled beneath firm hide, as anger lanced the great leader's eyes, emotions, and language. He spoke nothing, he needed not - Azur should now, to steal a mare was not worth spilling blood, upon a frostbitten day. He had mares enough, let him come again when the weather was more fair, twould be better for him. Soleil had power here, not Azur - The insolent intruder would not be gone so easily with one that Soleil held dear.
