The lead stallion of the "Sciro's Spawn" herd is open for auditions.
Aros is an arabian stallion. Aros is a large boy, not of the kind sort. He is very intelligent though, and very protective.
If you think you have the skills to play this stallion, follow the rules below, and post a sample.
1. Must be active (otherwise, your spot will be auditioned off)! 2. Follow his traits! Of course they are leniant, but he has his character, and you should follow it. If you don't like playing a horse like he is, then you should not audition for it!
Scene: You paw the ground, neck arched. Rearing through the air, you storm down upon Soleil, one of your sworn enemies. He comes back at you with vengence. You swerve aside, as he runs straight towards your mares.
The scene is just a starter. Add to it whatever you like! Your sample post will be the deciding factor in who gets the part of Aros.
My staff and I will decide on who gets the part of this stallion. The auditions will close once I have found the right player to play him.

Aros's flanks heaved, sucking in whatever oxygen they could muster from the humid atmosphere. To look at him now, you might think he was beaten. The two jagged gashes across his haunches were hardly visible against his midnight hide, and the crimson blood which flowed from them was only seen when it sparkled in the sunlight. His neck and shoulders were half white with sweat and lather, fading to pink around the various bites and tears that dotted his form. But, things are not always as they appear, and though he had suffered several jarring blows, Soleil had done a poor job of causing any significant damage. As the rival palomino stag had charged for him, Aros darted to the side- just quickly enough. Soleil wasted no time in racing off toward his mares... Coward. Aros's mind spat as he allowed himself a half-second to take a few deep breaths. A coward and a fool, for what good would running to a group of mares do?
He gave his muscular frame a quick shake, tossing blood and sweat out across the grass, before picking up a swift canter after his opponent. No way are you getting away this time.. His amber orbs narrowed wickedly, and he streatched his srtide out. The sound of his own hoofbeats, coupled with the drumming of his heart, drowned everything else out. He pulled his shapely arabian ears backward from the wind, and lowered his head menacingly. At a full gallop now, he was drawing closer to his quarry. The mares, gulliable as they were, were eying Soleil with marked suspicion. Probably because most of them were in foal, but Aros preferred to tell himself they were somehow loyal to him.... yeah, that would be the day.
Soleil you scum, turn around and face me like the stag you say you are!
Aros suddenly tucked his haunches deep beneath him, skidding to a sudden stop. Chunks of wet dirt and grass flew ahed of him, their momentum fueled from the sudden change of gallop to halt. His ears held back, pressing tightly against his skull. Eyes glittered malignantly, and his ivory jaws snapped out as he shoulted to the palomino. His nostrills flared harder than they needed to, trying to catch any extra air they could, before the battle commenced again.
Ooc: Okay, that's how my regular post would be, I'm going to continue <below> but it is going to feature massive powerplaying. It's tust for fun, 'cuz I love writing fight scenes ^^, and there's nobody to be Soleil: Soleil, his muscular form sprayed with dried crimson, turned suddenly at the challenge. His eyes narrowed slightly, and his creamy tail cracked behind him. Aros could see the thingyy swagger in his movement, and why shouldn't he be thingyy? He had the mares behind him, and for all intensive purposes Aros looked beat. Hmm, poor fool. Aros watched his opponent's form closely, and only through this careful focus did he see Soleil's muscles flicker, tensing... the shift of weight to his right told Aros all that he needed to know. Suddenly as their fight had come to a pause, it commenced twice as quickly. The palomino thrust himself toward the black arab, but Aros had been expecting him. With a feign to the right, then a quick slide left, he chuckled in grim satisfaction as Soleil passed him in a gust of fury. Aros wasted no time, half-rearing just long enough to fling his foredaggers at his foe. Soleil's large haunches were clear targets, and Aros was pleased to find they ripped easily upon his attack. The palomino, being no idiot, lashed out quickly with his backlegs. Aros has suspected as such, and been carefull to keep his skull out of the line of fire. That couldn't save his leg, however, and he heard a sickening crack as hoof met bone. Soleil turned around in a golden blur, bodyslamming Aros while his mind was still exploding with the pain. Off balance, and totally disoriented, Aros stumbled clumsily. For the muscular black arabian, time seemed to slow. The grassy earth was heading toward him...closer...closer... But he didn't feel the sudden crash he had been expecting.... what was this?
Angel. He hadn't ever expected her name to amount to anything, but there she was. His prized mare, she might not have been the 'lead' for toughness or sassy wit, but she alone was loyal to him when no others would be. It was she who had leapt to his side, and stopped his fall. He blinked fiercely, trying to refocus his vision. Now was not the time for thanks, so he offered none. His left leg was virtually useless now, the knee bone on fire. It felt shattered, though he couldn't be sure. He'd never shattered a knee before, so he had nothing to compare it too. Soleil whinnied in rage, and rose to his full height on two sturdy back pistons. Strange, his miniscule stature of 15.2 had never seemed impressive before, but when streatched to his full height, the palomino looked to be a deadly force. Before the thrashing hooves could knock against his skull, Aros took what might have been his last chance. Lowering his shapely head, Aros pushed forward with all the force his haunches could muster, just as Soleil's legs were waving uselessly high above him. As he had expected, his left leg gave out instantly, and his shoulder smashed into his combatant's abdomen, provoking a mighty grunt. The two tumbled to the earth, Aros forward and Soleil over backward. The impact was tremendous, and Aros had virtually no time to react before a sharp crack rang in his ears... then everything went black...
He awoke to a blurry and swirling world. Nothinging was clear to him, except for the fact that his head and knee were throbbing with a pain like he had never felt before. It took the black stag a moment to remember where he was, and even longer to make any sense of the world around him. Finally, after several mini blackouts, the midnight hued stallion became aware of something cold and hard below him. He squinted breifly, at the expense of an explosing of pain in his head, to make out Soleil form beneath him, his neck bent back nauseatingly below his own bulk. Aros blinked several times, before gingerly guiding himself to his hooves. It was difficult enough with his leg out of commision, and even harder when his vision exploded in stars. A warm body pressed itself beside him, and the black stag allowed himself to lean against it... just a little bit. Without Angel he would be dead, and though it wasn't his way to be affectionate, he could at least afford her the curtosey of showing her that her efforts were not in vain. This fight had been the most brutal one of his life, and now one of the ancient lord Toric's descendants was laying dead where he had fallen. Aros knew this would cause a lot of turmoil amongst the male spawn to conquor his place. Aros would sleep well tonight, no matter the damage he had suffered, because his herd was safe once again. His prodgney would go on to carry the great Lord's blood, and there was one less arch rival in the world. All in a day's work, no?
